The Practical Guide to Pain and Posture Course

Inspired from our intro course? Now it’s time to commit to taking physical action. This course is a quick way to improve virtually all of your movements at once while simultaneously addressing movement-based pain.

This course will set you up for optimal progress and results in Step 03.

Step 03.

Movement and Work Foundations Course

Our foundations course brings together the worlds of work and movement, covering the how-to for movement and work fundamentals, as well as the integration.

Course FAQ

 

Q. If I’m only interested in one course, do I still have to complete previous steps? Or can I skip ahead?

While each course can be completed as a “standalone” course, they are designed to stack on top of one another. Think of it as you would college courses, where you begin with a 101 class before moving onto 102. While you could skip ahead, there is valuable foundational information in the previous classes that will not be covered in more advanced coursework. All our courses are designed to fill in the gaps across the industries of fitness/movement, but if you feel you already have sufficient expertise, that will be your own judgement call. If you have specific questions, you can contact us.
